Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply should you decide to use our services.  Before purchase you must sign and agree to all the conditions set out below before payment will be accepted and charts sent out to you.

1. WHO WE ARE  We are Gender Choice Selection Ltd.  We provide a service in the form of charts with dates and times in order for you to restrict intercourse, other than within the dates and times provided, to give you the best chance of conceiving the gender of your choice.

2. OUR APPROACH  We will endeavour to send out charts within 2-5 working days after payment has been received.

3. PLACING AN ORDER  Payment will be through PAYPAL ensuring a safe and secure method from yourselves, to us.  Once payment has been made it is non refundable and charts will be sent out.

4. WHO CAN MAKE A PURCHASE  Any couple in a committed relationship who have already made the decision to have a child.  Both parties must agree on the selection gender prior to ordering the charts. 

5. FORMING THE CONTRACT  The contract is formed once your information, sent to info@genderchoiceselection.com, has been agreed and payment received.  The relevant charts will be sent out to your email address within 2-5 working days.  All of your personal data will remain with us and will not be passed on to any third party.

7. WHAT WE PROVIDE FOR OUR SERVICE  On agreeing the order we will provide charts to cover a full six months, which should provide you with enough time for you to conceive.  Should you require more charts after this point then a further payment will be required.

8.WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR

  a  Your decision to have a/another child.

  b  Any reason you cannot conceive.

  c  Your decision to terminate the pregnancy or miscarriage.

  d  Any reason, including misinterpretation of the charts, resulting in not having the gender of your choice.

It is the responsibility of Gender Choice Selection Ltd. to supply you with the correct information only.  Our responsibility ends at this point. 

Your results, actions and decisions of conceiving, pregnancy, birth and raising your child or children is fully your choice and your responsibility. 

Charts are for the couple only, not to be duplicated, given or sold to a third party.
